RECEPTION 24/7We welcome you directly to the apartment upon your arrival during our opening hours. For rentals directly managed by Immosol (Cannes and surroundings), you can collect your apartment keys at any time of day and night (subject to previously having completed and signed the rental agreement and payed for your complete stay) using a safebox placed outside of the agency. This service is completely free. A good way to avoid stress or take unnecessary risks on the road to your holidays!
CLEANINGRegular cleaning included in your rental (entrance cleaning) except kitchen, sanitary and exit cleaning that will be charged according to the time spent: 25 € / hour.
Two choices of extra service:
- Full service : daily maid service;
- Comfort service : casual household, 1 to 2 times during the stay.
LINEN RENTALMake room in your luggage! Do not clutter your linens and / or towels. Immosol provides linen kits for all situations. Think about ordering it when booking. (See fee schedule)
Regardless of the material already available in the apartment (see description) Immosol offers equipment for rent ranging from baby accessory to wide screens.
Immosol offers personalized service! A chauffeur takes you at your arrival and get you to the agency. With the VIP option, you do not pass by the agency and your driver will be deposing you directly to your apartment!
Immosol has designed the breakfast kit. A pack consisting of carefully selected products to facilitate your installation, when you arrive. Do not look for the nearest grocery store, opened in the evening or on Sunday. Everything is in the kit! (please order when booking)
